Deedok’s Payment Policy is simple, fair, and reasonable. We aim to remove complications that can make this Policy unclear and lead to serious issues later.
At DeedOK, we have made payment easy, transparent, and stress-free to prevent disagreements after the project is completed.
Payment Policy: The table below sets out how we will charge you, how to make payments, and the consequences of late payments or project cancellations. Please read this Policy before starting any project with us.
Before signing the agreement for the project, we review the entire Terms of our policy, and we audit the different angles of the undertaking; for example, what is the project time period and all. Having these terms on paper helps create a clearer understanding of the undertaking.
As an upgrade, we require almost 50% of the cash for the task before we begin work because it shows the customer is serious, and it also covers planning the task and assigning funds.
For the balance payment, the remaining 50% of the project is due either on or after the project is completed on the date mentioned in your contract.
If the payment policy depends on milestones, it depends on the size of the project; large projects are broken into milestones, and payment is made after each one is completed.
Payment is due after each milestone is completed.
For monthly services, such as SEO, social media management, paid ads, etc., payments are made monthly.
DeedOK offers multiple payment options to make it easier for customers to pay.

Please inform your account manager if you want to pay via cryptocurrency, as we can provide the correct wallet address and confirm the conversion rate on the payment date.
We convert cryptocurrency payments to INR at the market rate on the invoice date, and the invoice value remains the same even if prices change afterward.
GST does not form part of the prices we quote on this site at the applicable rate, but we will add GST to each invoice. All invoices will include the amount paid by our clients.
Timely payments for all projects ensure we can proceed with the same enthusiasm. We also know that delays in payments can occur, and if some payment delays are experienced, then the following effects may occur:
If the delay exceeds seven days, we will halt the project until payment is made.
If the delay is longer than seven days, we will charge you 2 percent of the total value of the project monthly until you clear all the due payments.
If you have active campaigns, such as Google Ads or social media advertising, you will not receive a refund for the time or budget you have already used if the service is suspended due to a failed payment.
We always try to contact you to give you a heads-up before we stop working on a job. This way, you are informed and can decide how to fix the issue together rather than stopping the process.
Since our services require real-time strategy and effort from our team, refunds are limited as follows :
If you cancel before we begin any work on your project, you will be entitled to a full refund of your advance payment.
Once work begins, any sums paid will be non-refundable, as we cannot recover the time and resources already committed to the project.
Non-Refundable Expenses – Costs that are paid to third parties in support of your Project, such as advertising budget, domain and hosting costs, premium plugins, stock assets, and tool subscriptions, are all non-refundable as they are paid to third-party websites on your behalf.
If you accidentally pay for an invoice twice, we’ll return the additional sum to you within 7–10 business days.
Can we Cancel A Project or Monthly Retainer?
Yes, with 30 days’ written notice, we can cancel a project or retainer, so your team can transfer any remaining accounts, files, or assets. When a project is terminated part-way into a milestone, you will pay for the partial milestone to date.
It would be fantastic if we could guarantee good results. Still, the results of digital marketing – whether that be search rankings, advertising performance,e or social growth – are subject to many external factors such as competitors, the platform algorithms, and market conditions. Your payments are therefore for the work and effort provided, not for specific results such as rankings or sales.
We may at any time revise this Payment Policy to introduce additional payment options and/or reflect changes to our business processes. The most current version is available on our website, and we will directly notify active customers of material updates.
