If a miss transaction occurs where payment is made for services that were not intended to be purchased or there is an overcharge, we will thoroughly investigate the matter. You must notify us within seven (7) days of the transaction date by contacting our customer support team via email or phone. We may require additional information and evidence to verify the claim. Once the claim is confirmed, we will initiate the refund process.
We will process the refund within a reasonable timeframe upon approval of a miss transaction refund. The refund will be issued using the same payment method for the initial transaction unless otherwise agreed upon. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on the payment processor or financial institution.
Unless a miss transaction has occurred, all payments made for our services are non-refundable. This includes digital marketing services, web designing, web development, domain registration fees, hosting charges, and additional services or third-party expenses.
In rare cases of extraordinary circumstances, DeedOK may, at its sole discretion, consider a refund on a case-by-case basis. Such situations would involve severe project delays caused solely by DeedOK or other significant issues that prevent us from delivering the agreed-upon services.
Please note that this refund policy is effective immediately and supersedes previous policies. We reserve the right to modify or amend this policy at our discretion. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically for any updates.
